Douglas Vigliotta

Doug Vigliotta has been working as a private investigator for over 30 years.   He established Elite Detective Services, Inc. in 1998 and has been actively involved with numerous fraud cases and high profile investigations throughout the United States, including Puerto Rico.

Elite Detective Services, Inc. conducts confidential and accurate investigations in a timely manner. We provide insurance companies, attorneys, private businesses, third-party administrators, self-insurers, governmental bodies and private citizens with a variety of investigative services including Criminal, Civil, Domestic, Insurance Fraud, and Background Checks.  Several of Elite Detective Services’ employees are also constables currently providing Civil Process Serving in Massachusetts.

Jonathan Cassidy

Jonathan M. Cassidy is the Director of Corporate Operations at Elite Detective Services.  Prior to joining the Elite team, Mr. Cassidy managed an armored truck company for 4 years that was responsible for the secure transportation of cash for numerous businesses throughout three states.   Mr. Cassidy now brings his unique skills of working in a high-risk environment to the world of private investigation where he works with various insurance agencies, attorneys, and private entities.  As a Massachusetts native, Mr. Cassidy’s familiarity with the New England area allows him conduct professional investigations efficiently and is knowledgeable of the different laws within each state. Mr. Cassidy also serves as a Constable for the City of Beverly where he serves subpoenas and eviction notices.

Mr. Cassidy currently leads the security division at Elite Detective Services.   He possesses an Associate Protection Professional (APP) license from ASIS International and is a Certified Instructor of ALIVE Active Shooter Survival Training.  Mr. Cassidy provides security consulting and training for multiple businesses, schools, private citizens, and has been involved in providing security at events involving the presence of high-profile celebrities.  Clients enjoy the peace of mind and protection that Mr. Cassidy’s team brings to their organizations.

Mr. Cassidy holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University where he studied Government and English.  He played football and served as the Vice President of the Student Athlete Advisory Council.  Mr. Cassidy also managed numerous evens including 360 Leadership, Hoya Dreams, Wreaths Across America, and organizations that taught students to read in the Washington D.C. area.

Dominic Panico

Dominic Panico is the Operations Manager at Elite Detective Services.  Dominic started with Elite as an Investigator over 5 years ago, and quickly moved himself into a high-level management role.  Since stepping into the role, he has improved the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization from a management and leadership standpoint.  Mr. Panico understands the needs of each investigation Elite handles, and he ensures all aspects of the case are covered from the day the case is received until the day it is completed.  Mr. Panico specializes in surveillance, case management, and background research.  He has also been involved with and has helped coordinate large security events.

Prior to his time with Elite, Mr. Panico interned with the Connecticut Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection, where he worked with various departments to assist with the oversight of individuals on the Sex Offender Registry.

Mr. Panico currently serves as a Constable for the City of Salem where he serves subpoenas, warrants and eviction notices.  He also serves as a Notary Public within Essex County, Massachusetts.

Mr. Panico holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati and Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Investigation Services from the University of New Haven.

In his personal time, Mr. Panico serves as a mentor and volunteer to local animal shelters.
